The eLinkin Software License facilitates the acquisition of eLinkin software through a one-time purchase, providing users with unrestricted and perpetual access to its comprehensive functionalities. Tailored for independent creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, eLinkin empowers users to create their own landing page to collect emails and send them out en-masse at the base cost of AWS SES services. This license entails a straightforward and flexible arrangement, exempting users from recurring fees or subscriptions.

4. Refunds

Should you be dissatisfied with the product, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Inform us at admin@enteleca.com, and we will promptly refund your purchase.

5. Disclaimer

eLinkin does not guarantee that it will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not explicitly stated in this Agreement are excluded and disclaimed to the extent permitted under applicable law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

eLinkin does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or other term regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, or other aspects of the software. eLinkin shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims arising out of or in connection with the provision of goods or services, whether due to negligence or other causes. eLinkin's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services or software. By accepting this limitation, you release eLinkin from any obligations, liabilities, and claims beyond this specified amount.

7. Responsibilities

eLinkin is not accountable for the user's actions with the user-generated content, including potential costs that arise from excess usage of AWS services or malformed serverless misconfigurations.

8. General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Kansas. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and eLinkin due to your use of these services. You agree not to represent yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of eLinkin, and eLinkin is not liable for any such representation, act, or omission by you.
